Cacti is an acronym for Comfort and Care for the Terminally
Ill. Established in 1996, its primary geographical focus is in
County Antrim.
The Association has a simple objective:
To raise cash in order to buy equipment which can go
directly to help those most in need - particularly those who
are terminally ill and at home.
CACTI's work is largely dependent upon its team of
dedicated and genuinely concerned volunteers. You can help too,
either by helping the association raise much needed cash or by
registering as a supporter.
CACTI prides itself in ensuring that administration
overheads are kept to an absolute minimum. Therefore cash goes
where it's most needed - to those in REAL need.
90% of people who die of Terminal illness receive care in
their own home. Your contributions can improve the quality of
life among those to whom humanity's greatest gift is most
precious.
